TERMS OF SERVICE
Standard Ecosystems
Standard Ecosystems are pre-designed terrariums, vivariums, paludariums, and aquariums offered for purchase through the PaluVurse website.
The applicable product page identifies the product details, included items, delivery information, cancellation conditions, return conditions, warranty information, plant guarantee, and other important purchase terms.
Standard Ecosystems are individually prepared using living plants and natural materials. Natural variation in plants, stone, wood, substrate, colour, texture, markings, shape, size, and arrangement is expected.
Customers are responsible for following the setup, care, maintenance, and safety instructions supplied with their ecosystem.
Standard Ecosystems are subject to the applicable PaluVurse Standard Ecosystem Limited Warranty.
Custom Projects
Custom Projects are designed and quoted individually.
Because every project is different, the following may vary depending on the project:

delivery;

Changes requested after a Custom Project has been approved may affect the price, production time, delivery date, installation, or other project conditions.
Where project-specific written terms differ from the general website policies, the project-specific written terms will apply, subject to applicable law.

Because PaluVurse works with living plants and natural materials, exact appearance and arrangement may vary.
Availability of plants, materials, and equipment may also change.
